Can anyone share a KH250 bored to 350 port template,something with mid to upper range power.

Ermmmm . . You can't bore a KH250 to 350 :eh: You can bore a EARLY S1 to 350 . . . . and I mean sub 5,000 engine number . . . :think:

Could it be that you have 350 cylinders on the S1 bottom end?
If so, maybe just a port clean up and you are good to go.

I am not sure i havn't recieved the bike yet,the guy told me it has been bored to a 350 so i better wait and see what i get.

I think it is a custom pipe of a Suxuki 380 they also made one for the Waterbottle.
I might make a diferent 3 into 1 a two stage setup with a plenum chamber.And a few extra ports.If it don't work i will scrap it and use another motor. :banghead
