i was warned off of anodising them ,
the guy told me his tale of woe but i dont think i am getting the hole/true story,
as he said he had ali exhaust for a dirt bike and after anodising it melted at a tight bend.
i dont think that anodising would affect its melting point .
but i didnt want to find out the hard way.
any info is appreciated.
T I A mark

Very nice spigots Mark!!
There is no truth to anodizing changing the melting point of the aluminum.
Really all anodizing is, is a hard layer of corrosion, the material underneath is unchanged.
