Pistons were bored out for large pins (to the stronger rods) - Not sure what is going on here, new circlip grooves? (updated comment 12/12)

hows the flow with those short unis? I like that idea a LOT but was always concerned with flow

He is a very talented young man...pretty much designed and fabbed everything on the bike including the reed boxes. He says it runs and handles great. I'm not sure about the Uni's but the throttle is as crisp as southern fried chicken. oh, and the boy flogs it pretty hard too.

Especially like that. I would have much preferred to creep up on that dimension with a boring head, instead of an end mill on a rotary table.

i would highly dought he is opening the hole with an end mill, looks like he may be doing another machineing operation. NOt sure but looks like the cutter has a small cutting bit sticking out of it, could be opening up the C clip groove ??
