i am thinking ahead to the EX500 caliper upgrade on my 73 H1 ,
And i was going to do the moo mod to the stock rotor,
but i already have these suzuki rotors .
my question is what is the pitch between the rotor mounting bolt holes .
the suzi disc is 78 mm .
and the offset is less on the suzi disc but i can make a simple spacer to get the correct distance.
i could take the front wheel out and measure but if somebody already knows.
the weight diff is surpising stock is 5 lb 12 ounz,
the suzi is 3lb 10 ounz.

thanks mark

Bolt circle diameter is 100mm on the H1.

I just did something similar using rotors off a Triumph i955 Speedtriple. These rotors have a bolt circle that is almost identical to the H1. The Triumph rotors are only 4mm thick and therefore not suitable for a single disk setup. More on the topic here: http://www.kawi2strokes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2092

sorry, 100mm is correct. First thing I found to measure with was the wifes seamstres tape. Guess I shouldn't try my hand at making suit alterations any time soon.

thanks guys i found i could just offer up my vernier to the stock rotor on the bike and i think its too much of a stretch to open the existing holes to the 100 PCD as i would be making an adapter to spacer the rotor out i could split the pcd on the suzi rotor but this will have to wait until i get the new wheels back from being powder/laced to ali rims.
thanks again mark.

You can just go the easy route and lighten the stocker. Thin it, I hate holes.
