My psychic powers say... Next Masthead Bike!
SWEEEEEET!
Only thing I would change, bar end mirrors! 8-) This one deserves the good ones, not cheap Chinese crap! :e11

Great bike! I still think a small penguin logo should be on
the bike somewhere.

Wow!
Thanks Guys! I really appreciate it!

I enjoy hearing the opinions as well. I tried extremely hard NOT to use a V-rod headlight, but there was just no way to escape it. Blame Aylor. The gas tank shape "made" me do it. I think it just belongs on this bike....

As to the ugly "stock" mirror... I love them.
And as a bonus, I can actually see what is behind me!

Pink K&N airfilter bugged me at first. Mark (m in sc) suggested some sort of "brit-bike-esq" cover, and I may still do something, but to be honest, I really don't even notice it now... Maybe I'll use GOLD filter oil?

There are a few things that didn't turn out quite as I saw them in my head (seat), but they are "close-enough" for now.

One of the things I forgot to mention during this build is that this S3 was a bike (rolling chassis w/out engine) that was laying out in the woods for years. I came very close to cutting the frame up and throwing it away a few times.... Glad I didn't.

I think the head light looks good and flows with the bike. I don't like the mirror, in fact I really don't like any mirror on any bike. I mentioned the bobbed front fender, which I don't really like on any bike either. I would also like to see the brake stay in black. Just minor personal preferences. Overall though, great job, it really came out looking nice. :)

While I would love to fire it up, the forecast is calling for another 2-6 inches of snow tonight/tomorrow.... Absolutely DEPRESSING

I'm not starting it until I can at least ride it up and down the street without it being covered in road salt/sand. I took the H1 around the block after installing the UFO's last week and ended up spending more time cleaning it after that short ride, then it took to drill/install the UFO's and rejet.. :e9 :e9

It's going to be quite a shock to your system to be at DG in a week and a half. The forecast is for highs around 75-80.
