Nev, I welded a set and made a silencer for the current owner, from one of Andrew's kits last year.

It has the same top end porting and stage II reed system as I did on Walm's 500, so it will be a beast. Mark Demshock bought the bike and Jim delivered it at the gap last year. There were a few things to get worked out with electrics and a fouled plug kept any real testing from being done at the Gap.

I've followed the thread, and it's pretty amazing. I'm especially interested in the brake adapter plate- From what I see, using the Ninja 250 caliper is a good solution for those forks. I have the EX500 adapter plate on my '74 H2, but can't use it on my 900. My 900 has KZ forks, which I think is the same as KH500 forks and KZ650 as well. As this build evolved, I noticed the adapter bracket changed and seems perfect.
I have an extra EX500 caliper here and will measure on my 900 to see actually difference from the H2, but if the 250 caliper is the best choice I would sure like to buy a pair of your adapters(!)

The only other KZ ones I've found was for Brembo P4 calipers, and those calipers are not easy to find and the 250s cost almost nothing.
Did you have a fabricator make yours or do it yourself?
