Hello and Happy New Year everyone! What would be the performance increase, if any, by putting carbs from an H1A onto a Jemco chamber equipped, Wosner 1st over pistons, mirror polished heads and exhaust ports, K&N filtered H1C engine? Thanks for any input. |

Not sure, but if you replace the flat back KNs with some Unipods, that should improve the overall performance. ![]() |

The carbs are the same, just the brass internals are different. Better performace (other than getting the jetting spot on) is in bigger carbs. |

I realize they're the same carbs. The differences is the 3.0 slides vs the 2.0 slides. Different needle profiles and larger #100 main jets. By installing them would they kinda reverse the detuning, gas saving effects Kawasaki tried achieving in each year. I am running a stock airbox without snorkel along with a K&N filter. What I'm trying to find out is would my bike benefit "performance wise" or would it fall flat on its face having 3.0 slide/jet, carb internal setups? I'd hate to do the work to find out it won't work. Has anyone achieved better performance and acceleration by fitting the H1A carbs or their internals into an H1C set of carbs? |

If your bike is running good now, (correctly jetted) then probably not. |

Thank you Ja-Moo. I'm still playing. |
