Then we needed to machine the sprocket and the mounting hub.....needed another 8mm off the mounting face....

Thanks Phil, a lot of time and effort went into it to get it to this stage....
next is to get the exhaust built for it, once i get the frame back, pop the motor in, measure the front sprocket offset.

Then i need to decide about outriggers and take the rolling chassis to have the exhausts fabricated on the bike as no bespoke parts will fit mainly due to that lower suspension mount....

once i get it back the biggest issue is to tune the motor properly, most of the rest apart from cables and exhausts is just aesthetics, quickly resovable by chucking cash at it.....
I have most of the next stages organised just waiting for my bike to come home.
Up to higgsy for Zorsts, down to Bury St Edmonds for finishing and Bodywork.
Then its just hanging it together.....simples. :roll:
