Frame was loosly based on TDR 850/Ducati Monster designed trellis.

Ignition switch under the tank, keeps the top yoke clean (Triple tree?)

I had to almost cut the frame in two to get the chain clearance. It has extensive cross bracing inside for strength.

As you can see we then had a chain fouling condition on the swinging arm, needing an additional channel to be filleted in, time consuming but had to be done

Also cleaned off the footrest area and extended the gusseting up past the subframe mounts for strength,

and one from the other side. Its a lot of work but the better it is, the less you notice it.

If you want more detail you can follow 16 pages of build thread on the UK board, including me tearing my hair out as Moo said at delay after delay.

The bottom suspension mount has 3 holes in it, because its a triple, :ugeek:
