Hi, today I finished a pipeset from Andrew for my girlfriends S1A-400. The silencers I took from Tyga. Hope that I have time to test it tomorrow. All the best from Germany Ralf http://www.gille-restauration.de |

John, checked the reedkits of this bike today, everything is fine. Now I will see how the performance is. Than I have to look for some HP, because the main problem is that the others in the class 350/400 had done a lot last two years and are very fast. Our bike has just own heads, reeds and a clean up. But it's not to slow. Second problem is that she couldn't sit on her bike, because of her knee problems. It's along way for recovering. But I told her when we have our triple meeting in August, we could start her bike and she only has to pull the throttle wide open. I let you know how it will end, All the best from Germany Ralf http://www.gille-restauration.de |

Your gal showed them how it was done for a couple of years, so of course they are upping their game. Hope your lady heals well and quickly.......... |

Beautiful bike. Always thought though, that the curved rearward pipe protruding out of the silencers would look better either straight or removed. I think it would give it a more "old school" look. |

I'm rather a fan of the 400's myself! |

What carbs did you use on that bike? I have VM30-83s tied to Moos reeds and they are a shade big for the area with that big plug on the bottom. If that thing runs as good as mine, you're in for a real treat of a bike over the stock 400 setup. |
