Carlos, have you made some changes to the walms pipes. I thought he had them designed so that all of the seams on the cones lined up with each other?

No changes like Jim said, and you first tack weld the cones and then if needed, remove some sections and realign again to fit your specific assembly. With the cones system you have the versatility to rearrange the design to your needs on a special built bike.

I don't mean to speak for Carlos or Walms, but they don't all line up on WTF pipes. Some seams line up with laser cut notches. A clear set of drawings is supplied to help with assembly.

Good to know.

I expected your silencers to be machined from titanium bar stock. You getting lazy on us Carlos? :o
(kidding; we know you'll make your own carbon fiber units from scratch)

Yes Jim C, I'm getting lazy lately, but maybe the engine exhaust flanges will come out in modest billet 304ss. I've been working on the drawings this week. Ti is getting too expensive...

Thanks Barry, Mike posted the photos with his collection, but he didn't buy the pipes. Mark D. got that set when we were at DG last spring. I have not made them for an H2 yet, but it's not a problem to do. I can install MFW silencers on any of the Denco reproduction chambers, and am a dealer for MFW.
