Yeah, that's a mess. That actually happened here a while back, maybe 8 or 10 years ago. Our power was out for three days and it didn't get above freezing for a week. I hope you do better. I see it's not all hung up in the your trees, so maybe your power will be OK.

I was watching a PBS documentary on the birth of Silicon Valley and the Venture Capital industry this weekend.

I about fell off of the couch when they were interviewing Tom Perkins and asked him about "flops" in giving money to start up companies....and he then proceeded to tell the story of investing in a small "outdoor recreation company" that had a GREAT idea of mounting a motorcycle on a snowmobile base for winter use!!

The SNOW JOB!!!! and then proceeded to show the ad photo with an H2 on top of it!!!

Don't feel too badly for Tom though. He made up for it in future investements.... :shock:
