The yellow ones are for battery charging, so too high Ohm's may cause heat generated??

But to be honest, I doubt you will get into trouble with tgose cords. To be on the safe side, you can Ohm them and see if any resistance is seen.

Tested as per manual and it seems ok for the yellow wires
The test for the the signal generator was off a bit; the white leads to the pick ups to ground according to the manual it is supposed to read 200 ohm. Each one is the same (within less than 2 ohms) but they only read 158 to 160 ohms.
The blue white and green were good but with the Zeel they are not needed anyway.

I am going to pick up a very accurate tester later today from my Father he builds shortwave radios and has much better testers than mine and redo the tests to see if they vary.

Ok, Oil pump tested, oil lines rebuilt tested and filled, leak down tests ok, fixed the wiring to the best of my ability, have the Zeel ignition programed with a flat curve to to start, tank holds gas, carbs synced manually, all cables adjusted, brakes bleed, exhausts mounted. Watched and read all I can on a first start on a triple.
I still need to put the chain on, and the side stand on.
I believe I may start this motor this afternoon and get the timing set!!!

I will post the results bad or good!!
I'm a bit nervous!!

STARTED ON THE THIRD KICK!! (once I had the plug wires hooked up correctly  )
All I can say is WOW! :o This thing sounds awesome, although it may be a bit loud! All the neighbors came out! (it was 65 today so they would have used any excuse)
My 13 yr old son was helping me and when it fired we both jumped! Almost forgot to hold the oil pump open! I am getting very even smoking from all three exhausts.
I did take it for a spin down the street very slowly and ran it thru the gears, the all up shifting is going to throw me for a while.
Still needs allot of work, the foot controls SUCK so I need to figure out something better. The sprocket cover will need to be Moded to fit. And now I know why the exhaust leaking thread! I will be reading that a lot closer now, I think some O-rings may be the ticket.
But all in all I am VERY pleased .
Now the tuning can begin.
I played with the Zeel a bit and I think I will be very close to 26 or 27 degrees advanced, but again, it all needs much more thought and work put into it and the day is gone!

I would like to THANK everyone here
It would not have happened without the input from ALL the members here!
And a special thanks to Ja-Moo and Mraxl, the resources are amazing. You all allowed a guy like me to build this bike!
And I would like to remember and mention my cousin Jerry Czerwinski who started this project, gave me a good start on this bike.
Many many years ago he taught me to ride, taught me to wrench, was one of my closest friends, passed away too soon, I miss him!

I don't know if the video will work and sorry for the poor quality my phone is all I have, and excuse the bad back ground  need a photographer!

Thanks!
I like the way it looks, I have some '72 graphics on the way in black and gold, I hope they look as good on the bike as in my head.
There is no key so I wired the run/off switch and ran a LED on the dash so I know when the power is on or off, just so I don't have the power on when its sitting around, although I don't think leaving it on would hurt anything either. The lights are wired separately to the orange rocker switch, and the tach I bought for $20 it was NOS, for a kz 400 I think. I wired the shift light to the stop lamp on the tach. The tach and the Zeel controller match RPM so the tach works great.
