Regarding chain

PBI
rear sprocket is bolt on H2, aluminum.

Jim at fast from the past supply 520 front sprockets

Since you have 530 now, even a o ringed chain may be suitable

Now that the I'm looking at this I cannot figure out how I came to the conclusion it wasn't going to hit :wtf:
With the suspension sagged with weight it tightens up the chain enough that there isn't enough play in it to hit but as soon as the suspension is slack theres MORE than enough play.

The scar is exactly as wide as two plates with the o-ring between 6.4mm, I believe even with going to a 520 non-oring chain it would still be hitting by about 1mm. That would be an improvement.
I may try to find some PVC or nylon sleeve that could fit over the reservoir and hangs out a bit then lathe a groove in it so the rollers of the chain make contact before the side plates which I think would eliminate a lot of the wear.

Here are some pics of the decals. Pictures are a bit crappy did them late last night and Im taking the parts to get cleared today so I won't have time for better pics in daylight.
I love it, it did turn out just as I pictured in my head.
And please be nice to me about placement and things :) This was my first ever attempt to do decals on anything and I have only seen one H2 in person and that was 15 or 20 yrs ago.
I looked at a bunch of pictures in various places and did my best. Had some trouble and there are a couple bad spots  like everything else I did on this project I wish could start over and do it again, better!
OH and RB should really get rid of all those girls in his Ebay adds very distracting when your trying to see the decals ;)

Yeah, that is good - I thought it looked great without decals, but this (particularly the colour combo) is good - from me!!

 Love it! I kinda like the satin look, even though you are probably going for gloss in the end. To me, the Kawi graphics are big part of the whole mystique - no other brand had that amount of flair in the 70's.

Looking great demus, but I have to tell you this before you put on the clear.....the kawasaki decals is the other way around.
you put on right decal on left side, and vice versa.

the stripes though, are perfect, same with the 750
