If the pricing comes down some, I may still be interested. My only request is to still be able to use the stock dust covers like the Tarozzi's do.

No worries. I'm not going to go through the effort for just a "brace".. It has to be able to accept stock H1/H2 dust boots.

Good morning Cody. :)
I have one of these micron fork braces fitted to my 400 special. They were all the rage back in the day.I am not sure if they made it over to the states?.They accept the standard dust seals and are a pretty neat installation when fitted.

thanks Ade.. Micron stuff is pretty rare around here. The ocassional set of chambers shows up (VERY occasional), but I have never seen that fork brace.

It is not all that terribly different from the Tarozzi... Same 5 piece principal/mounting/dust boot area.

Does that allow you to run a stock front fender? Or any front fender for that matter? That is another thing I'd like to see is for the brace to allow for a front fender (stock/aftermarket), but still look cool without.

am i correct in thinking that to instal this micron brace ,you would raise up the dust boots ,bolt on the clamps on top of the forks and put the dust covers onto the brace clamp tops.?
TIA Mark

I can't see why it would not fit with a stock fender.

I was wondering the same thing. The one shown mounted on kas's bike looks like the one set of holes may be slots. The first one he posted does not look like it. There has to be issues due to production tolerances on at least some bikes with a brace that does not offer some side to side play.
