Hi guys,
It’s been a while since I’ve had a Kaw triple so I’m out of the loop for parts suppliers. Basically I’m looking for maintenance parts; gaskets, etc to keep it going.
First off I need to change the clutch springs. The bike has heavy duty springs in it and I have a hard time pulling in the clutch. I’d like to swap out half of them for stock springs as a start. The springs in it are so strong the clutch cable pulled out of the actuator! My hands aren’t what they used to be either.
So clutch springs, and a clutch cover gasket to begin.
I’d like to have the bike ready for the Deals Gap Meet this year, or else its the GT750 or RD.

Thanks
Mark

Congrats on the new H2 Mark! Two vendors I really like for Triple parts are Jessbikes and Mid Atlantic Cycle. I like to use original Kawasaki gaskets on the H2 when available. Sounds like your bike might have Barnett springs in it. I like the stockers there for a stock to mild build.

Welcome Mark. The vendor section here is really good. Hard pull might not only be springs. If you have an early nylon pusher it could be bad. Several fixes for that. Cable routing etc. I went ball bearing pusher and a FBG clutch kit and made all the difference.

Thanks Evans, both have been excellent vendors.

Just a little hint, which you may know....anything branded Vesrah is O.E.M. (Gaskets, brake parts, clutch parts, etc.)
