+1 on the Mop-n-Glow Curt.
Cody showed a set he did and they looked awesome.
Used a 3M scrubber type wheel with his drill to buff out all the black from the welding and then cleaned them good I think he said with alcohol?
Then whop the mopnglo to 'em.
Anthony, "Givr" in Ontario used it on his WTF chambers and when I was there a few weeks ago, I was admiring the great look of them.

Mop and Glo with the weld discoloration still showing.
Mop and Glo with the weld discoloration polished off.
Ceramic coated, which can be anywhere from black to nearly chrome looking.
Barbecue grill 1200 degree paint (header paint / wood stove paint)

Mop and Glo with the weld colors showing. Jim's welds are beautiful and the pipes look great with them showing. If you don;t like the look, its easy enough to go to the next step, but you can't put the weld color back. :)

I love chrome pipes, too.
