Well I have found where my oil leak is coming from (drive shaft) and I have replaced the seal 92050-024 but the leak is coming from around the sprocket spacer, now the drawings I have show a 92055-035 "O" ring which I dont have and the bike didnt have fitted, I hope this will fix my small leak?

If not the sprocket spacer will be needed and I cant find one anywhere, any pointers please?

Thank you
Martyn

It's just a very thin o ring. stick it on the shaft and push on with the sleeve. It will get crushed and destroyed. But that's how it works...

Note: The O-Ring shown behind the engine sprocket should be located between the spacer and ball bearing.

Thats the picture I have, looking at it, it seems to go between the sprocket and the spacer

I have one ordered and can take the spacer out and insert it on the shaft and I guess put it in that way or... I can order another seal and remove the one I put in last night and do it that way?

so it goes between the ball race and the spacer,, I guess that would explain why I am having a slight oil drip from the drive shaft...

Dale (I hope I spelled this right), Its great that you have the corrected diagram on your site. I tried to do the same fix just using Glenn's and it took me forever to figure it out. If I'd just checked your site, it would have been much easier. It did cure the leak, too.

ok been looking at the output shaft, what is going to keep the o ring fron coming out towards the spacer & sprocket?
my sprocket seems to have left and right play in it, maybe I am missing something, I will take a picture to try and explain what I mean,, the sprocket does not butt up against the spacer?
does that make any sense?

ok so here is the sprocket positioned against the spacer as I believe it should be but... always a butt,,, there is that 4mm gap that I know should not be there? or I dont think it should be

What am I missing here, so I took a pic with the nut and washer on the shaft but not tight to give an idea of the gap that will be there when tightened.

Maybe I am missing something here??? the scematic Moo kindly posted shows no other spacer so how can the O-ring do its job with no pressure on it from the spacer?

and finally a pic of the sprocket, doubt if it is an original, should it have a much deeper shoulder???

I am at a loss here

Sprocket thickness at the spline should be 11mm.
