Here is the left side with plenty of clearance and as shown where I grinned out to fit cotter key |

Interesting. I have to admit that both of my H2s have the nut on the left side. Maybe I should leave more clearance on the right. Edit: I just check the parts manual, and its drawing shows the nut on the left side. |

I'm going off Z1, I have found and including photo's in the owners/Z1 series service manuals the nut is on the right. Who know's maybe different assemblers installed them left or right. Regardless pipes fit nicely and look like a million bucks. I just added to this thread to help anyone else with fitment problems. Like you said, all bikes are different Now thanks too you Jim and your awesome pipes, I will have to restore the rest of the bike to match the pipes |

I had clearance problems when I mounted Spec2 chambers on my H2C. Two pairs of vice grips were used to bend the brackets and get the clearance needed. |
