The right hand pot is popping swapped coil and carb and replaced base gasket and still popping any ideas :?:

Popping or backfiring is generally a timing/spark issue.

H1D standard ignition its not backfiring its not firing as often as it should

Try swapping two of the CDI units and see if the problem moves. You can do this with wiring, rather than actually moving them. Swap the white wires and red wires.
