OK, I just hit "buy it now" for an EX500 caliper, for $27 delivered. When it gets here I'll try a bracket like the ones I made before and see what, if any, changes I want to make. Then I'll get another batch laser cut from 304 stainless, which will take a couple weeks.

mypopsh2750, or anyone else, if you need one sooner, there was a recent post by a machinist who is CNC milling them, I believe from carbon steel, and I think he may be able to ship immediately.

No objection here, live and let live I say.

My calipers are also behind the fork tubes. With EX calipers, the small piston should be to the rear, no matter whether the caliper is in front or back.

Coffeejoe,
I am putting three sets of forks together, only one is getting the dual disc set-up, but all three are having the calipers placed behind the sliders.
