Well, I did run Wiseco/dykes ring style pistons back in the day, with no detrimental effect. Still got em, on the trophy shelf!

Wiseco had two styles,the LC and the CD. I believe the LC rings are the ones mentioned. They were listed as For Racing. In the late 80s, little else was available. The pistons were of a slightly different design...

I just replaced my H2's L-ring type Wiseco pistons a couple weeks ago. Maybe I should put them back in.
