Just wondering if I can use the earlier style coils on my h2c. I only know the 75h2 coils were different color and thats about it. I don't like the splicing that was done on these by previous owner and hoping this might be part of the lousy running its incurring, thanks

I'm not aware of any electrical differences between early and late H2 coils.

Everyone that lists replacements has the same part number for all years. Do you need an early RED one for a restoration? I've got some.

I have a bunch of the red ones I thought the h2c had grey ones for some reason so I thought I would ask. Time to dig some out of the garage. thanks

- They did! . . . But only after a certain V I N - - ALL are interchangeable :thumbup:
