the threads at the intake from the oil tank are stripped. Looking for an oil pump for a 1974 H1. Any out there or any suggestions to repair the one i have?

I had the same problem with my pump.... You can heli-coil the pump with a M6 x 1
Use stato seals as well, they seal with less torque then aluminum crush washers.

If you take the little end plate off you can vacuum out the chips from drilling and tapping for the Helicoil as you make them. Just don't leave any behind.

Boy do they... yesterday I cleaned and adjusted my check valves, and I had Stat-O-Seals on the banjo bolt I used to connect the oil lines to my air regulator. They sealed fine when just finger tight.

Of course in a triple, they need to be a little tighter than that so they don't vibrate loose, and I safety wired mine.

I used a helicoil on my oil pump, with new original crush washers. No Leaks so far. From a what I have read stato seals seem to be better, particularly if you are reusing.

It's a fine line between getting the aluminum washers to seal and stripping threads. The only trouble with Stat-O-Seals I know of is that on the pump inlet, the rubber seal on the one that goes against the pump doesn't contact anything, so it will ooze oil unless you use a little sealer there, or better, cut a gasket instead.

to all who gave suggestions, thank you. I did the heli-coil on the oil pump and every thing worked out fine. Used the stat o seals and no leaks.

Any one got a link for the stato seals. I have noticed my oil pump still leaks after about a week, even with new washers. I am going to convert to stato seals, but could not find them on ebay.
