Steve, mcmaster.com (McMaster-Carr) has them, as does msc.com. They are Parker parts, so a Parker distributor in AU should have them or be able to get them for you. The item is "Parker Stat-O-seal".

Dale, the one that's highlighted is for 3/8" bolts, but that's the right type, and MSC is a good source.

Yes, I know... that is definitely not the one to order!
It just happened to be the reference I used to get the whole page to display.
Did not intend for anyone to pick up on that highlight...

It looks like the Parker number is 610-1543-6. The "43" part can also be 44 (different color) or 02 (low carbon steel instead of 4130 steel). Maybe this will help you find them locally.

Jeggs carries them here, though not cheap. Are there any auto "speed shops" around there? NOTE: these are not as inexpensive as the ebay ones!

I end up getting some bonded pressure seal washers from a local company for $1.00 each (oz seals). They have rubber on the inside. They are holding so far. I rang around but noone is interested much in selling 6 washers. Parker did not even call me back.

Right, Parker wouldn't, but their dealers should have them in stock. Usually the bearing and power transmission supply places have them. Anyway, good that you found something that's working.
