Thanks for the link.

I wouldn't have thought the resource site would have a hybrid schematic especially figuring it would be "somewhat" different depending on what bike your using. I'll go check it out.

Thanks again.

There won't be a "hybrid" schematic, but all you are doing is figuring out what runs what with a stock harness.

If your CDI, regulator, and control switches are stock Kaw triple parts, there's nothing hybrid about the wiring. You'll need a bunch of Japanese bullet connectors, available from many sources, ring terminals for grounds, probably some heat shrink, and various colors of mostly 18 ga. wire. Follow the wiring diagram for the triple with the engine you're using and start running wires, trying to arrange them to make neat bundles. You can tie the bundles in various ways, like tape, flex conduit, helical wrap, etc.. It would be nice to make the wiring to the headlight something larger, like 14 ga..

just an FYI....

Yamaha Banshees (and RZ350) have the same spline pattern as an H-Series and I know there are offset sprockets available up to an 1"... (maybe more?)

and then maybe try to work with the rear hub to get the chain (run a 520 as it gives you even more clearance) closer to the tire. If you get lucky, you might be able to avoid running an outboard bearing?

I had the drive hub on my H2 machined so it sat "deeper" in the rim and with a 520 chain is perfect.....

See that's just it....except for the CDI and regulator, all the rest is for the stock '94 Zook. I would think it be easier to use the '94 harness and splice in the H2 CDI and Reg harness parts. I'll have to get both schematics together and see what's there. I figured there would be past posts and pics here on it and I wouldn't have "re-invent" what's prob been done plenty of times already.

OK. Thanks for the advice so far guys. I appreciate it.
