We had a big discussion years ago regarding the palte mod and Sytec.
I had posted specs between stock and Sytec regarding how much travel the clutch had when measured with a dial indicator and the sytec was consdierably less travel.
Must have had it apart 5 times and the sytec did not have enough travel for a complete release with my old H1D.

Mark's idea is a good one; I used a different lever in the stock perch to obtain the same results.
