This may be stupid, but I'll ask anyway. The plug wires on my H1 are really getting cracked and ratty. Still has good spark, but I'd like to replace the plug wires. Are they removable from the coil, and if so, what wires/brand are recommended?

Early wires can be removed and replaced..7mm solid copper core (Accel) work well. H1D wires are harder to replace but you can splice a new wire, close to the coil...Reproduction Decals has the splice joints.

Late H1s (E,F and KH 500) have replacable plug wires.
