Found a big puddle of Blue marble under the Phoenix. 1st look loose feed line. Tightened it. Let it set over nite. Puddle again. Replaced and bled pump with one of my spare ebay specials. Primed it and it worked like a champ. Let it set 10 minutes and it leaks at the pump 1/2 :banghead :banghead :banghead
Found nut on top of pump at wheel loose on the one I took off, oil was coming out there too. Back to square 1 tomorrow.

deja vu. I used my spare pump (untried spare from somewhere long forgotten) for the new o-ring and end-cap SB. Have not tried it yet - still have everything apart.

Hope you get it sorted out TS.

Hey Barry, I took my oil pump off to install the new cap from the service bulletin. It looks like the previous owner beat me to it.

Too funny Jim but at least you have a spare

I've a few miles and some time on mine with the SB, don't notice anything different (other than the pump is working).

All is good.

See you in a few weeks!
