Just a bright light and 10x magnifier to read plugs. Light tan where the ceramic meets the metal way up in the plug.

Agreed. I'm way too cheap to ruin a plug just to read it. :lol: When they get worn and fouled I sandblast them, file the electrodes sharp, and they start on their next life.
