Guys,
The Horn from my S2A project bike "used" work fine. Then I took it apart to paint the external surfaces. The inside is perfectly clean with no corrosion. I took pictures of the step by step disassembly and I reassembled per the pictures. Only problem is that now, it won't work. :(
I have 12V to the horn and with it disassembled and hooked up to the bike, I get 12V internally when I push the horn button. The points seem to be OK and I can break continuity when I manually push them open. I'm sure the problem is in the reassembly process. Any thoughts or suggestions?

There is a screw with a lock nut protruding. Try adjusting it in very small increments.

Screw that Dale mentions is for resonance positioning.
Diaphragm has a natural frequency that bounces contacts open/closed.

Little screw gets it within the small resonance window.
