I am finally putting my pipes from Jim together after chroming years ago. How much wrap is good on the inserts? I misplaced the wrap i originally took off. Thanks

I wrap them with fiberglass tightly so I can't get much more on and still get them back in.

Generally the more you pack in there, the quieter they are.
