I don't remember the pipe brand, rode a friends 75, when you hit the front brake, the fender would hit the pipe and try to make you crash.

And then there were the stock class racers that ran their bikes into a wall for less rake ;)

Good points Rod and Moo, maybe the bike ran into something and steepened the rake. Spec2 and Pipeline pipes also stick out farther than other brands and are more susceptible to the center pipe hitting the wheel or fender.

like I said before no signs of any wacking lol! looks original. The stock down pipes are just as close.

just wondering if there is a jig ,gauge etc. to check the frame for alignment , bent etc. i know there's a angle degree gauge.

You can run long rods thru the head stock and swingarm and visual it for 90 degrees, for a quick check. Years ago we pulled the headstock back a couple of degrees on a frame and it caused more problems than it solved, clearances you had B4 suddenly weren't there, (bars hitting tank, that sort of thing). Mostly if the head stock is bent, it won't be vertical anymore. Just simple checks to get you started.

One of the H2's I owned had a similar issue, the fork tubes were bent backwards slightly.
