And, there is only one item #27 not two as Kawasaki Parts manual and Partzilla shows?
When I don't use OEM parts, things typically don't worked out well for me. Sure, maybe something even better/more modern than OEM out there, I wouldn't know. I don't think I would ever go wrong using proven OEM. Gives my mind something to do also
For example due to moisture I needed two con rods. I bought three NOS Kawasaki ROD kits. There is MACO (Charlie offers), Sudco, CruzinImage, Long, Kiwami and maybe others. I waited, made some offers. Yup I paid a little more than MACO, but notably less than I could buy Sudco for example, so why not OEM?
Does Charlie accept new OEM replacement parts from customers when he does cranks? Question for Charlie. He does seem to be the expert at these cranks. A guy selling a bike on ebay like mine proudly lists Charlie also. I have had a good experience with two other crank rebuilder's for oher bikes though but, Charlie does come very well recommended.
Thanks for answering my anal questions. very helpful to me
