Picked up my first Kawi Triple yesterday, a 74 H1.

Runs, but won't idle.

Going to pull the carbs, clean them before I do anything else.

Bike has a set of Uni pods, didn't have the airbox, and a set of J&R chambers.

Anyone recommend a good starting point for jetting for that setup?

Welcome to tripledom.
And do NOT put in carb kits, none are any good.

I'll just be buying some brass and going at it that way. I don't think I've ever bought a jet kit for any of my bikes.

Any recommendations for a good place to buy gaskets and such for these carbs?

Some guys buy carb kits, use the float valves and gaskets, and throw the rest away.
