you need to remove .030" off the nub at the back of the inner hub. And use H1 plates. Add one of each plate.

I didn't know Ralf's lockup was available yet. I'll try to get in touch with him.

717 € you keep the standard clutch cover and your clutch is also very soft and never slipping again
look at here pictures with he drawing but for the price you don't have disks and genuine kawasaki parts

JP, a question, on the over-run/deceleration, how does the clutch act? Does it stay engaged for a time, then when clutch rpm's are reduced to a certain level, release, or, does it immediately release when acceleration/constant power are dropped off?

With the MotoGP bikes, deceleration is a problem in most instances, they don't use a lock up clutch, it is like our street clutches, but they do use an over run system to NOT load the chassis adversely on decelleration. Without the over run, the compression braking of the engine used to try to spit riders straight over the fairing, because the engine tried to halt the bike, all at once when the throttle was closed abruptly.

There is a great level of sanity in impossible, completely and totally insane engineering things like this, Ralf thinks like a few of us do. I really like it.

It's just a weighted pressure plate, not a slipper clutch. so the rpm would need to come down for reduced pressure. And 770L is $1006.00

As far as I remember, I payed 700 Euro (about 842 USD) for the clutch, and that included New steel plates, Kawasaki friction plates, springs and ball bearing pusher.
Previously I ran the 15 plate clutch mod, but got tired of the clutch drag.

I have this clutch for both my H2's, for a very good reason. It is a fantastic Product, that's why.

Clutch kit costs 589€ (non EU resident, no VAT) plus postage (~30€).
589€ equals ~ 712 US$.
Kit includes new fiberplates and nos KAWASAKI steel plates. It also includes a ballbearing clutch "mushroom". See manual for details.
Customers inner hub must be sent to my place for modification. (work included in kit price)
All parts in stock. Usualy ship kit within a week after arrival of customers hub.
