Zambia, I'm starting to think someone before me tried to force some other cable onto this drive unit, as none of the three cables John sent me have the brass collar, plus I believe this brass collar is longer than any of the cable collars John sent me. Plus, I can still turn the swagged sleeve ... It's tough, but with pressure, I still can. I HOPE you're right, and this brass cuts easily... I will know when I get to the steel at least, sparks will start to fly... Wonder what I should use to cut this brass... A cut-off stone disc won't be the correct tool.... Not without a lot of beeswax... |
