What is the procedure for adjusting my Sytech clutch actuator? All I remember is the angle is supposed to be 100 deg counterclockwise from 12:00. Is there more to it?

The lever needs to go as far down as possible, and the screw backed out 1/8 from touching. Usually it needs to be done a few time to get right. And they still drag.

You can do the M in SC mod and make a new hole in the lever about a cm closer to the pivot, and get a little more travel, and a little harder lever pull.

I followed the enclosed instructions and it has worked fine since day 2 and never dragged. You do need to do maintenance on them (lube the splines) if you want it to last.

The S3 clutch lever helps add some length of throw as well as Mark's mod. I haven't done Mark's mod to mine but I do run the S3 clutch lever and whilst it takes a bit of adjusting mine doesn't drag either. Check your plates and your trans oil of yours continues to drag for you after its been properly adjusted. Soak new fibers before installing and adjust everything after its been warmed up.

While I think going hydraulic is a whole world better.

I have been doing the leverage ratio mods to all the various stock releases for only 40 years or so, so far. In my opinion, ALL releases should have had the cable end point leverage ratio adjustment ability all along.

The properly sized hydraulic system is a lot better than cables and spiral releases.
