Did 20 hard shifting miles yesterday all conditions. No problems, seems replacing the three parts solved the last issue. Consider this closed.

This is true. Where I grew up the hills were so steep and long, when your ball rolled down the hill you just said "screw it"...

I did, total of 4 casing splits in one year.....

Think about how many times per year we had to split cases just to change gear ratios on ONE gear. It would have been GREAT to have an easy to remove and install cassette type cases/gearbox back then.
