I now remember we did try the air screw when I got help last year.

Anyway went trough the carburetors today and cleaned all internals. All parts were of the correct sizes/spec. Only pilot, main and needle valve seems to be aftermarket stuff. Carbs looked good otherwise, not much clog and no nasty discolorations.

If the pilots and mains are not real Mikuni parts..that could be a problem too!
