I recently did some work on the KH400 and pulled the pump and lines together, I did not remove each line separately from the pump. I might have handled the lines a little too roughly. The center line in the picture now weeps at this joint. I'm wondering about the best way to fix it as these lines appear to be non-serviceable.

My thought is to clean the joint area with brake cleaner then go around the joint with epoxy for a new seal. What do you say?

I'd do exactly as you wrote and use some clear 2 part JB Weld. I have had success with an oil line in that manner.

Seal-All stays flexible, may help the next time you take them off and handle them...

I would use "Plastic Welder" which is a two-part epoxy specifically for plastics. It is great stuff. Well. not "Great stuff"...that is used to fill cracks..... you know what I mean.

Those look like new reproduction lines. Were they made by Jim S. and Steve? If so, they may be willing to fix it for you.

Thanks for the tips. The lines are 41 years old. I bought this KH400 in 2012 and it had "just" 150 miles on it. Now it's just ticked over 3,000. Of course the speedometer and odometer are way optimistic.

Wow, they're the newest looking original lines I've ever seen! Still, Jim and Steve made a bunch of repro lines and may have some good advice about sealing that one.

I bought a glue at the hardware store and will see if it works. They didn't have Seal All but there was a similar looking product.

Wouldn't MEK work better to clean and prep before epoxy or is it to much??
