Ordered a set of re pop for uppers for my early 69 since the originals were all worn out. Have the whole front end apart as we speak. The new forks didnt come with the bushing on the very bottom of the upper leg. Went to remove them from the old leg and it broke. Seems to be permanently fixed on there with a pin on either side. Are new ones available somewhere? Looking at the parts fiche there is no p/n for this part. Its at the bottom of p/n 44013-025 I cant have this thing tying up my lift !

Ralf Gille in Germany produces these:

Unfortunately, I don't have contact info available. He also produces clutch releases.
I know I have the removal & replacement process documented but I can't find it.
Maybe someone can provide contact info.

Exactly what I ran into. Unfortunately one of mine broke. My rainy afternoon front end rebuild just turned into a long term project. Maybe I can get it tigged then machined

I tried to remove them once. Not that succefull, did not understand what I was doing. When someone wants them, I just cut the pipe above the bushing and they can have fun. New ones would nice, cool to hear someone is making them.
