Diablo Cycle usually has them but currently out of stock.

The only thing I would caution you on regarding this one is it is very unforgiving of any kind of arcing. I killed the module in one when my positive battery cable chafed and grounded. But that being said it worked great.

Thanks Tim,
I am doing a restoration and I want to keep the stock set up. What are your thoughts on changing the condensers? If the points aren't arcing or sparking are the condensers likely good to remain in service or is it just good maintenance practice to change them with the points?

Just to continue the conversation on condensers:
I have the stator unit on the bench to make things a bit easier to work on. (I was pleased to see it appears in good condition with no corrosion). The black, green and blue wires that go from the condensers to the coils run straight to the connector block up at the frame. What is the correct method to install new condensers? Do people just cut and splice those wires? Is it better to solder the spliced connections or do people use male/female pin connectors? Thanks for any feedback. Never been down this road before! :)

One rule on all points.... Never, never, ever, ever, ever "dress", file, sand, cut their contact faces, ever.

Point contact faces are tungsten coated to help slow down face "burning" ( carbon buildup ). Removing the coating enhances future carbon buildup.

Also, any oil vapor buildup at grounding areas of both points and condensers enhances grounding losses, and making carbon buildup a lot easier. When doing routine maintenence to these areas, use fully evaporating spray cleaner to spray the oil buildup away from points & condenser mounting, to the mounting plates. Clean, dry are the rules to go b y.
