Just tried the freezing water pipe fix on a dented denco pipe and I must say that I am surprised at the results. The dent is 2/3rds removed and looks fairly smooth to the point I'm not going to do any more to it. Thanks members who have posted this technique in the past as it isn't a miracle cure but for a rider bike it works great.

Here is an update. Tried it out on a stinger set last night. I got a small split in one of the seams. I bet the long skinny ends on the stinger froze too quick and there was no safety valve and got a split. Its not bad and the welder will fix it. It did remove about 1/2 the dent on that pipe so its a wash.

How did you freeze these being in SoCal? Did you just fill them with water and leave them outside in the cold?
