Two of the cylinders off my 74 H2 have two cracks at the bottom of the liners, starting where the cutouts are on the intake side, i can reach the backside of most of the cracks (case side) would that be fixable or am I looking for two more std bore cylinders?

I'm afraid you're looking for uncracked cylinders.

That's the answer I figured I would get, most likely putting this on the back burner again, was gonna find 3 stock pistons, put in new small end bearings and try to run the bike for a little bit.

Took a look at ebay, seems new cylinders go for 2-500, definately out of the budget for a while

Well, after closer inspection, it's all 3 cylinders on the intake side. So, that's a whole set of cylinders that's needed.

Pretty rare occurrence on the later cylinders, wonder what happened there for all 3 to go that way?

No clue, two are cracked on both sides of the cutout (one crack almost hits the intake port) on the intake side, the third cracked on one side. I'm on the hunt, have a friend that said he may have some, but he doesn't have any pistons. If I find some cylinders, I'm gonna have to go with used pistons if I can, this definately buggers my budget up

Bike has 3,000 miles on it, sat since 1980, in a leaky roofed barn. Engine was seized quite bad.
