Ya John top clip #1 leanest. Its so damn weird I figured it would be close, cant even ride the damn thing. If I took a video do you think you could tell anything from the sound? You've really got me thinking its something totally different, time to triple check timing I guess

Yep, sure sounds rich. The plugs should be wet that rich. Try running the air screws out to 2 21/2 see what happens.

How far was the throttle open at 0:24?
