Stock bars as far as I know. I am leaning more toward keeping the appearance of the bike factory original as is practical but if the EX brake is that big an improvement I will stay with it and start looking for a MC. Think I do want the screw in hole though as I just bought two NOS mirrors and can only install one right now.

Thanks! :thumbup: The consensus is the stock MC with 9/16" bore will work but the EX 1/2" bore will give better feel. Do I have that right?

Yup, you got it right.

1/2in bore master will give a more powerful brake for given lever effort. However, to have minimal lever travel everything must be optimized.
