Second series H2R cylinders. First series had 4 inlet port manifold studs, EXTREMELY RARE these days. Third series were reversed street bike.

I would "guess" the easiest way to tell, is if there is aluminum backing behind the bridges. If there isn't any, then they are just sleeves pressed in.

The first series cylinders used a recessed head gasket relief for a round head gasket, second series used a conventional gasket somewhat like a street bike, with the stud holes in the gasket. I remember having a whole bunch of different thickness head gaskets for both designs some place in the storage containers. They were from .30mm (.012) to .80mm (.032) thick dead soft copper.

I had a set of 1972 H2-R cylinders and heads (with the 75 x 75 mm stud spacing), they had H1-R type intake rubbers (2 studs) but the LH and RH cylinders had wider cooling fins on the outside than on tone's cylinders, almost as wide as stock H2 finning. They used circular head gaskets which went into a recess on the top of the cylinder, the reverse of the H1-R which had the recess in the head.
Tone's cylinders look like they use the standard H2 stud spacing rather than the wider 72 H2-R spacing. Do they use the standard head gasket?
