I think it has been discussed before but what are the front fender options for a h1/h2 with an 18" front wheel. I was going to use a fiberglass front fender but I am thinking that I may end up using a chrome one.

I think the 250/350 triples have 18" front, if you want a stock look.

Scouse, UK guy member onf this forum is running 18 front on his H2, suppose he can say which front mudguard he fitted.

Wouldn't the 500 bracket place the fender too high?

I swapped my 400 fender for a S2 and just drilled new holes then hacked off the bit below I didn't need. (My typical approach) :lol:
I just wondered if Cody's idea required any mods?

the only mods are

Set the S3/400 fender on the H1 bracket, drill four new holes in the bracket (since the S-series holes are on top instead of on the sides) and......... yes, you have to either slot or move the fork mounting holes so the fender sits lower. I re-drilled new holes

LTD-fenders fit right on.

I used Eliminator fender, but some mods to forks are required.

Yes, I forgot to mention the new top holes, but actually Robert is my Father's brother. My Mother's brother is Gordon... :roll:
