I took a 69 H1 in a few months ago just before I move to the mountains. This is the bike that had the stuck cylinders that took two months to get off.
My real job has kept me busier than usual so I haven't had much time to spend on triples lately. Today I had off so spent it in the garage, success, it
runs. This one has fought me the whole way, never had one be so stubborn every step of the way. Not a resto on this one just a motor rebuild and make
the bike rideable, getting close. Took a video with my phone, crappy but in a pinch.

The Ferrari Challenge season has only one more race this year so it should slow down for me for a few months. Just finished a 458 and worked 3 weeks like a madman to get it ready. All the cars are wrapped these days so no more changed paint colors.

When I was about 5 years old my grandfather started teaching me about motors. Lawn mowers, chain saws and carburetors. He had one of those cool
2-stroke Lawn-boy mowers, and I know a few members here collect old 2-stroke mowers. My dad had a 4-stroke mower and I remember
asking him more than once why it didn't have as much power as my grampy's and why was it so much heavier. That could be why I always gravitate to
2-stroke bikes. My Grandfather died way back in 1969 but he made such a impression on me I learned to make a living fixing all things mechanical.

My Gramps would get a kick out of seeing me wrench on a Ferrari I'm sure.

Mower looked just like this one

Hey Ron when your ready for a new project let me now. I'd like to hire your services for my 72 H2 motor. It's ready to be put back together. I'll load up the truck and run it up to you just say when.

Thanks,

Rodney

What dos it take to "wrap" a car?
Is the material custom fit for the vehicle and could we do the same for triples.
Beautiful craftsmanship; Enzo would be proud!

Bikes are a bit harder as for the heavy curves, but the film is stretchy, and they use heat. It's pretty cool stuff.....
